The best part of heliXA was its capability for real time analysis, which helped us understand our customers' needs better than ever before! It's also very user friendly & has an excellent support team as well! I would highly recommend this product if you are looking out for something good with great customer service at your disposal!! Nothing much so far but will update once i have more experience using it!! Great analytics software available online - helps me keep track of my client base easily without having multiple spreadsheets all over place (which can be messy).
