Review on BugNET by Anthony Hales

I like that it is very easy to use, has many features for different situations, and helps me keep track of my projects in an organized manner. It's also free! You can't beat that price point. Some things are not as intuitive or user friendly (such as creating new issues). The interface could be made more modern/intuitive if necessary. Also some tasks seem redundant with other tools out there such as JIRA but for this software they do what you need them too. Keeping all our bug-related information centralized into one place makes keeping up with everything much easier than having multiple spreadsheets, reports etc.
