As a person who has made clothing for a living before, I can honestly say I'm confused as to why this garment is cut the way that it is. The arm holes go down super low (roughly 6" below my armpit) and it makes them look big yet you can't raise your arms without pulling the whole shirt up because of the way the sleeve is cut. I folded up the fabric at the bust to put the bottom of the arm hole where it should have been and it looked and functioned better, but I'm not re-engineering this cheap top because that's not even its only issue. The hip area is narrow compared to the volume in the bust, and the bust has serious volume. Not meant for average to pear shaped people, although I question if it would even fit large busted small hip people properly because of the weird arm holes. It's going back.
