The software for Android and Windows is absolutely terrible. It's almost impossible to jump to a specific point in the recorded content and not connect remotely through the app due to a problem logging into Zosi. Only 'local' works through the windows app and that app is terrible. It just never works properly and is very clumsy. Zosi rarely updates his software. They have had 0 updates since I bought this system a year ago. Unfortunately they almost have an inexpensive and useful system, they just need to fix the bugs and they don't seem willing or able to do that. Now I need to replace this with another system, maybe Reolink.
