These are very hard pillows which I was not prepared for.
Excellent quality Luxurious feel Very comfortable sleep. Since using it I have had no morning headaches, neck pain, stiffness or any sleep related pain. I have fibromyalgia so I'm always looking for ways to alleviate everything whenever possible. This is by no means a guarantee that you will be able to get rid of your pain as we are all different and we have different pains from different sources; My only proof is that I've slept on these pillows since they arrived and now take a lot less Tylenol for headaches, aches and pains.
