This is a POC I haven't had much trouble with the pull rod like some people do made it so that the spring gets stuck in one place and you just have to push a little so it goes further down but the baskets suck, they made a half circle so the backs are open, the plastic clips that it supposed to hold them in place come in two pieces and don't connect properly, I had to tape them in place to keep them where I wanted them and then when I put the basket down put two or three bottles Shampoo or shower gel and the whole thing in basket starts to sag and tilt down causing your bottles of shampoo to slide forward and fall off. Put enough weight on them and they just pop off the tensioner post completely. This thing needs to be completely redone to work, I don't know why for my life they don't just make a full circle for you to put it on, I also don't know why they attach plastic clips instead of just making one Solid rubber cuff, then it never moves, I don't have the necessary stability.
