Our biggest issue was the lack of interaction between the teams.
Our biggest issue was the lack of interaction between the teams. This meant we had to constantly communicate with each other, either over email or Slack (both in-house). We have since brought on another developer to join our team who has solved this problem for us. We now use GitHub and are looking into GatsbyJS to make our site better. I really enjoy the responsiveness of the team and how they collaborate. My only criticism is that we're not getting the most out of our website. I would definitely recommend them!
Pros
- The support from the company is excellent and their responsiveness was outstanding.
- Great team and good communication.
Cons
- They are very expensive compared to other providers.
- There is no real time reporting as everything is pushed through nightly jobs.
