Don't believe the ads! Lots more carbs, I'll be keto free!

Less than 2 grams of carbohydrates! I think I'll take my notes to the attorney because he kicked me out of ketosis and got depressed! Such false advertising! I just ate an omg. I'm glad I only spent $3! That's why it's on sale! I'm a fan of reading ketone blood! Because I try different snacks! That's not it! Blood ketone started at 2.3 after the "only" streak was 0.2 an hour later! A regular egg and cheese lunch and that damn bar stole my damn soul🙄
