They arrived on time and the installation was so easy my 7 and 10 year olds were able to put them together. Each stool comes with its own instructions and tools, so my kids built one while I worked on the other. The parts were very well packed and secured, none of them were damaged. Unpacking and assembly took less than 20 minutes. They look very beautiful together and my kids love them very much. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 is because some of the parts are plastic and when my husband sat in them they were a bit flimsy, they don't seem to be very durable. Also, the base on my wooden floor is very slippery and we have to be careful when sitting on it. Otherwise, for the price, these stools make a great addition to any home. They may not seem like they will last long but sometimes when there are kids in the house this is just what you need.
