I am so disappointed! I bought it over a year ago but until today it was safe in the original packaging. While the wallet design is superb - all my cards fit perfectly, the quality of the clasps is questionable. The zipper parted as soon as the first zipper on the outside pocket, which was meant to be changed. I was very upset about this and went online to find the Visconti to see if there was anything they could do. To make matters worse, the website only lists a UK repair address and an overseas phone number.
