Review on Whois API Webservice by James Holker
Excellent support, immediate response times
I use whoismywhoiseveryday to make sure my customers have good customer service from start-to-finish! If they need me there's no question in their mind that they'll get someone back right away if it matters for them.
It would be great to see more robust features such as email verification when registering domains with this api! This is one tool we can't live without anymore since our own internal system has become outdated and unreliable over time. We've been able to resolve issues faster by using these APIs compared to other systems out there which didn't offer any benefit at all.
Pros
- The interface was very easy
- There are many helpful options available.
- Support response times were quick, too sometimes less than an hour or so even though most support requests take longer due mostly because not enough staff members working fulltime hours here (it'd better serve us much quicker/easier otherwise)
- Free account option makes things affordable & cost effective
- Can customize results per domain owner requirements like custom output
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
