Review on MAXIHAUSE Adhesive Bathroom Kitchen Extension by Corey Krull

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Sturdy hook, good for coats, handbags, scarves, etc.

My office lacked hanging space. It's not just my bag that's the problem - do I just throw it on the floor when I'm done with it? -- but also for masks and coats and the like. I tried a couple of hangers that were supposed to weigh 10 pounds, but they fell off when I left things hanging overnight (obviously I couldn't stand the heavy weight for long). They can carry much heavier weights. I'm a college professor, so the bag usually contains a textbook and other things. My bag is much heavier than it should be. So far there have been no problems with the hook detaching from the wall. (I followed the directions and let it sit for 24 hours before straining it.) You'll find the hook is long, not heavy, and not well balanced. In the second picture, there is an empty pocket on one side, and the hook is noticeably tilted. It is no problem for me; I just try to hang my stuff on both sides of the hook. However, I can imagine someone wanting a balanced hook using only one side, and if so, it's not the right hook! and wanted to have them there.) Four stars because $13 seemed a bit expensive and because of balance issues. But I recommend the product!
