I was hired as an assistant manager at Addison Lee after working in the industry for over 10 years. My favorite aspect is that they are always looking out for their drivers. They have amazing benefits and make sure to help their employees with everything from medical care to retirement planning. The only thing I dislike about my job is the constant traveling. If you are wanting a career in the transportation industry, this is a good place to start! There are many opportunities to work your way up into management positions. Benefits are great and they provide training for all managers. I've learned so much while working here and that's what matters to me the most.
