This is a great phone for the visually impaired or those with limited dexterity. The keys are clear, large and have a pleasant feel. The sound is very clear and the phone has a handy volume control. The ringer volume is also adjustable. However, a longer handset cord could be used for this. I recommend this phone to anyone who is tired of fiddling with the tiny buttons found on most phones.
