This product initially worked great for the most part when I bought it back in April. There was an issue with the battery performance at one point, but it was temporary and didn't reappear. About two weeks ago part of the tablet/screen went black and beyond repair, although the keyboard itself was still lit. We did a forced shutdown and restarted everything and worked fine for a while. But two days ago, a Bluetooth error between my phone, computer, and JBL speaker caused the screen to freeze and the keyboard to become unresponsive. Another forced shutdown wiped part of the tablet/screen, but the keyboard was completely lifeless. We've tried every suggestion online, including different ways of shutting down and disconnecting the tablet from the keyboard so all connections can be cleared. . But nothing brings the keyboard back to life. Unfortunately, the Botee seller sold it as a certified refurbished computer. I don't feel like I got my money's worth. And now I have an outdated computer and not $1500.
