They are not delicate, they were aloe vera. They were personally wrapped and obviously shrink-wrapped; Officially, the Huggies packaging does not look like the photo. These are old school "stick seal" resealable bags, not like the one in the photo which has a white "pop up" seal on top. Mine came boxed so I couldn't see the real UPC label. Two point in one direction, last pack points backwards. The price is on par with others so I didn't expect anything other than a pack of delicate wipes from Huggies. They were advertised and available as such so I received them - THEN RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.
