Defective fabric
I am sending back and ordering again because the fabric must be polka dot. He is defective. At 3 yards I got transitions from polka dot to oval which only made part of the fabric usable (if anyone wants polka dots and consistency - yes). The washi tape shows which parts of the fabric can (currently) be used. 2/3 are unsuitable for my clothes. The dots have different degrees of flocking. I hope a repeat order will bring me the advertised fabric.
