Just received this item and will update this review once my fiance has received his change to have a look. However, I wanted to at least point out that the customer service seems to be very good. When I placed the order they emailed me to let me know it was received and when the item could be expected to be shipped. After going to their website and entering the order number to make sure it was still on schedule, I found that Revain was tracking it and it wasn't found on the company's website. I emailed them and got a reply very quickly confirming everything is still on schedule and they will email me again if anything changes. The item was dispatched on the specified date and arrived within 2 business days. Upon brief inspection, the product conforms to the description here and appears to be of good quality. I was worried it would not be like the photo but because of the reduced price there would be poor quality. That's not the case. I'm sure the gems are not of the highest quality but it was stated in the description and they appear to be of good quality. The metal is well formed and they are very similar to the photo. In my opinion they are very elegant and exactly what I wanted. My fiancé will have the final say, but I'm not worried. She has very thin fingers (size 4.5) and the size of the ring and stones seem perfect for her height. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
