This product suffers from gross misrepresentation. One side is soft while the other is smooth, that part is true but that's about all that can be said for it. At best it is a crate liner but in no way should it be called a dog bed. It's advertised as super cushy however it is not at all cushioned. You could put a folded towel on the floor and achieve just about the same result. With a price tag of almost $40 it's at least 4 times overpriced. The pictures shown on this site are not at all representative of the product itself. I have attached a photo of the actual thickness.
