Review on 😴 Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Essential Support Pillow: Standard Size for a Soft and Luxurious Sleep Experience by James Bullets

I don't know why this pillow should be soft - it's really hard and it smells strongly of chemicals. It was hot too but I guess it's a memory foam thing so go for natural latex. I wouldn't rate it so badly if it wasn't for the 'free returns' - I didn't like it the first week I got it and decided to return it. I am reviewing my options and the only free return available is if I go to an Amazon pickup location that is very far away or I can pay $9 to drop off at a closer location. I got angry and waited a bit before coming back. 10 days before the deadline I check the return options again and suddenly I can ship it for FREE to closer locations that cost $9?! I don't know if this is an Amazon bug or if this product just did, I should have paid extra for no reason. I just rented it for free near my house.
