Review on Thermal 1 Black Lightweight Ultra Fleece by Tim Shah

First let me say that I'm a petite female, 5ft 4in and around 140lbs. For some reason, women's thermal shirts are always a bit short (why are they made that way?), and I prefer shirts that sit low on the hips (emphasizes the curves ☺️). I ordered black and white package, the size is small. Received as expected and tried on the black shirt as soon as it arrived. Fits like a dream, nice and snug on my body and makes the perfect base layer (so if you're a man I'd say these shirts fit on the small side). I love to run and in Illinois collecting is a must. Tried this shirt on a walk tonight and felt warm and cozy. Almost three stars now. White shirt arrived stained. He has a very odd square spot, quite large, as well as a spotted collar (picture attached, but a little hard to see - the spot basically goes from one shoulder down to the chest, across and back to the other shoulder as if it's stained that it was bent for a very long time.?). I've washed it twice with no success. I emailed the company hoping they could help me as I really love these shirts and would buy more if the quality was as good as the black one I received.
