Review on ASICS Womens Gel Game Tennis Silver by Amanda Johnston

Shoe construction

These shoes are known as tennis shoes. The shoes are NOT flexible at all due to the HEAVY rubber outsole. The shoes do not flex when walking or running (tennis), causing pain in the upper part of the foot. I called ASICS and spoke to an account manager. He told me that I should have understood the consequences of a hard rubber sole. I had to test the sneakers by walking on the carpet at my house. I replied that you cannot test TENNIS shoes by walking on carpet. I tried to give my opinion on these sneakers but I was closed. He insisted I had to test the shoes (I tested the shoes playing tennis) and by the end of the game my feet were killing me so much I had to sit on the court to unlace my laces to see if I didn't feel. Do I have relief on my feet? Not me. I took off my shoes, massaged the top of my foot and after a while the tingling went away, but the pain continued for a few hours. DO I RECOMMEND THESE SNEAKERS? I have other ASICS soft soled shoes and have never had any problems with my feet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SNEAKERS and am very disappointed that I cannot fully share my experience with an ASICS consumer representative. His final advice was that I should test all my shoes when I bought them, test them at home and not return used shoes. By the way, I noticed a heavy sole, but knowing that ASICS is an expert in manufacturing tennis shoes, I never expected that the shoes would cause me so much pain and discomfort. What should I do with my shoes now? I don't know as obviously they cannot be returned. Someone please let me know what to do.
