The cat ring is slightly larger than the manifold. TO UPDATE! So I originally sent it back and ordered another one hoping it was defective, but Revane thought it would be a good idea to send me the exact same unit that I had sent back. I verified this by matching the scuffs and scratches on my photos. Wonderful!
