It took my husband a few days to try this belt on. I know he was concerned because it's a few sizes smaller than he previously thought he needed. I am losing weight and he is doing the same. He noticed that I was losing weight and started eating less. And it pays off. The last belt we bought was a size 56-58 and he had to cut it but he had no idea what size it was. He said he took them 4 inches off and that makes his new belt the same size as his old belt since 4 inches were removed from it. This is a beautiful belt.
