I was shocked to find that it is shaped like a scarf, i. H. A large triangle and not rectangular like your standard scarf. The material is prickly, so it is inconvenient to pack it like the picture. However, if you have harder skin, the scarf is lightweight, so perfect for summer. The color is also a lovely shade of purple which is flattering to me. The seller took it upon themselves to try and remedy the situation with a better quality gift. They cannot beat this level of customer service so I definitely feel safe ordering from them again.
