Not a bad cup holder. The hooks are big. I would like them to be a little further apart. They hold standard sized cups well, but if you have cups that are slightly larger than normal you may run into problems. The stand provides about an inch of space between the mugs and your wall so the mugs don't hit the wall as hard when hanging, which I liked. The side rails consist of 4 parts that are screwed together. I liked that it came with a small open-end wrench and a hex wrench for assembly so I didn't have to hunt for those tools. Like a lot of cheap things you buy online and attach to walls, the plastic anchors that come with them are utterly useless. They will bend and break instead of sticking in the wall even if you drill the right holes first. Just expect to get your own matching anchors from the hardware store.
