I was hesitant to order this chair since other reviewers had mentioned that it was rock hard and uncomfortable. I took a chance because I loved the orange color and needed it quickly to rock new granddaughter when she visits. I am very happy I did. Item came packed well and it took a total of about 6 minutes to assemble (I am no handyman). When I first sat in the chair, I thought, oh oh, I should have listened to the other reviewers, this thing is rock hard. However, after 2 weeks of having the chair and getting used to it's firmness, it is the most sought after seat in the family room. It is very comfortable! Supports the back in just the right spots. So glad I ordered. Very well made and stylish.
