Review on Bullhorn ATS & CRM by John Roberts

I love the ability to view multiple candidates at once! It makes it very easy for me to keep track of all my applicants. Sometimes it can take a while to approve them but that's a minor inconvenience compared to having an open window. Not being able to have "inactive" profiles unless you delete them. If they are inactive for any reason, such as they haven't logged in in 6 months, those profiles will still show up as active on the dashboard which is not ideal. Using the Recruitment tool within Bullhorn has made it much easier to be connected to potential clients and share information between our departments. Being able to easily access information about current candidates and create new ones was great too!
