I'm a mason jar pro and I love how it feels, but I would never try to make jars myself (and I couldn't even reach my back!). These mugs are great for doing it alone or with a partner for you. Easy to learn and hard to screw up. I like it for my feet and doing it myself is easy in this region. I see it helping the fascia over time and it's another tool in my kit that helps me with adhesions and their resolution. They need healthy fascia to finally get the attention they deserve. My favorite is actually a mini since I wear it on my face in the evening after washing my face. I apply my homemade face oil and do it while watching TV or in bed. It's so relaxing and I see some improvement in the few weeks I've had it. I recommend this set for all types of glasses.
