It's officially dead after 11 months of use, although it has had problems for at least 6 months. This is used regularly in my house, we have 2 cats, the head clogs regularly (weekly at least) and needs to be taken apart for cleaning. The piece of plastic you press on to insert the tube broke within 2 months, it has since been sealed with tape. With such an expensive vacuum head, there is no need for constant gluing and fixing. I'm really disappointed in this product, I was just looking for a warranty policy and (shockingly) there isn't one. I am looking for a new product to buy as a replacement.
