This system was relatively easy to install and initially worked well. There are a few quirks in the viewer software when trying to view from a remote computer system that should be addressed to make that system even better, unfortunately there is almost no client support. I emailed them a simple question (how do I reset the password that came with the box) and they never replied. It's just over a year old now and my 8 channel box is slowly losing channels. It only seems to work on 4 channels. The cameras still work when set to a working channel, but at this speed there are no more channels to read.
