This device has a few pros and cons but I gave it 5 stars. Setup was easy, it's truly a plug-n-play device. The device is very solid when installed and is now considered part of a laptop. "WHEN INSTALLING THE DEVICE, MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS NO GAP BETWEEN THE DEVICE AND YOUR LAPTOP. : Easy to install Lightweight and compact, ideal for traveling. High transmission speed when using external hard drives 3.0. Very durable when connected to Mac Book Air (2020 Version). The color of this unit is the same as the silver Mac Book Air. (Choose the same color of your laptop before you go) CONS: Price versus build quality. For the price paid I would expect better quality. If you intend to use a protective laptop sleeve with this device, you may need to modify the sleeve so that this device is "flush" to the side of the laptop when installed. I modified the laptop bag by removing some material.
