Beautiful balloons for my opinion

I was afraid it would be difficult to put together. It didn't have good instructions at all but I was able to figure it out and it was actually really easy. The only problem was trying to get the tail pieces attached. We ended up having to tape them up.

Cons

The Light Blue Foil Fringe Curtain may not be long enough to cover the desired space, making it necessary to purchase additional decorations
