I like that you can change what is displayed in each email, depending of their needs at any given time! It's easy enough not so technical people will actually understand it while they are getting familiar with this kind product; but also very smartly designed by developers who know how users think about products/services online nowadays (not as much information overload). They could make sure more emails arrive via mobile devices too instead only desktop ones would be good idea or maybe even better if possible both ways? Maybe there should have been some sorta stats page where we got info regarding which device sent us our last message from them - number wise per category- ejm browser vs smartphone app etc.. So far i'm quite happy because my customer service department received all updates within minutes after new mails were deployed without me having contact wih anybody directly inside Aptad team anymore ;-) And now when somebody wants an update he gets one right away ;) Also great.
