Review on SEO-friendly Girls' Skirts & Skorts: City Threads Perfect Apparel for Sensitive Skin by Kirk Arroyave

City Threads has a great concept but not great materials

I wish I could be happier with City Threads. Their sizes are good and their prices are good, and their concept of basic color palettes and simple lines - and no intricate graphic designs, flourishes, etc. - is great. BUT: Their fabrics are big crumpled messes and their colors fade no matter what type of detergent or wash temperature I use. I thought it might be due to the actual water content (too hard?), but we had stable (fading) results living in two different areas with very different groundwater levels. So, I think it's their batches of dye. Too bad (and even "more-very-very" about the creases). If they had invested more money in a heavier, better drape, less wrinkled fabric and higher quality dyes, I would have been a lifelong fan. We'll still buy - sigh - because they have nice classic colors and designs and the material is soft, but the light weight/wrinkles/fading makes them "faster" than we'd like and disappointing. that I probably won't be able to pass it on to a younger child.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak
