    Cozy but pleasant best in my rating

    It's on the thin side for a snug fit. I bought 7 when my daughter wears 6 as she won't be wearing it for a few months as it is part of a costume. I let her try it on and while it will still work, it definitely fits snugly around the waist. Otherwise it's a very nice skirt. Good quality. Nice length. This is the vegetal shade of green I needed. It was a bit pricey for a cotton skirt but I needed this shade of green and style.

    City Threads clothing is EXCELLENT. Simple design, all cotton, nice colors, comfortable to play and reasonable prices. IDEAL.

    Great skirt and comfy

    The skirt is cute, my daughter loves it. I bought this for a school play where she had to wear a black skirt and white top and the skirt looked great as a more formal outfit too. I'm sure it will be worn a lot more this summer. The only thing I didn't pay attention to is that it doesn't have a short bottom, but that's easily solved by wheeled pants.

    Skirt made of good cotton jersey - well sewn, pleasant colour, durable, 100% cotton, made in the USA. What makes a 5-star skirt is the twist, which can make for hours of exercise and dizzy spells. Gather some little girls dressed in different colors and it will be a spectacle!

    Shrinking by heat? good for me

    I was delighted to receive this dress for my daughter but was surprised to find it shrink wrapped. He's all wrinkled because of this and not at all ready for the picture. I like the dress but be careful.

    City Threads has a great concept but not great materials

    I wish I could be happier with City Threads. Their sizes are good and their prices are good, and their concept of basic color palettes and simple lines - and no intricate graphic designs, flourishes, etc. - is great. BUT: Their fabrics are big crumpled messes and their colors fade no matter what type of detergent or wash temperature I use. I thought it might be due to the actual water content (too hard?), but we had stable (fading) results living in two different areas with very different…
