Two main complaints, although there are a few others: 1) only about 10ft out of 98ft is actually lit now that I've spent several hours setting it up . The whole reel worked fine when I tested it several times before installing it. 2) The same company offers a 32ft or 98ft option. I've already bought the 32ft version (which worked fine) and then bought the 98ft version (because I needed about 80ft more for my project). The two don't connect? How does the same company sell two different lengths of the same product (an item designed to lengthen) but you can only lengthen them if you buy the same length?! Both lengths say they can be extended up to 300 feet! Absolutely absurd.
