This stuff really works. Just remember that this is not an "all over" solution. We have a house full of rescue cats and I can tell you with absolute certainty that this material has greatly reduced urinary problems. I spray the stains every day as instructed. I use Nature's Wonder to clean up the mess and once dry spray onto the stain. You have to be patient and use it religiously, but it really matters. There are some patches that have been an ongoing problem with urine stains. and now they literally never pee again. As I said, this is not a 100% solution. I think it really depends on why your cat is peeing in that area. Trouble urinating because a cat is mad at another cat or mad at us humans for running out of food. I don't think something like this will ever stop. Otherwise this was lucky for me. I use this in combination with other tactics. I have several motion activated motion activated room entry sensors. If I have a spot that even No Mark can't fix, I'll put in one of those motion sensors with a stern warning not to pee in that spot. Fully functional!
