The film is missing; otherwise it would be very profitable

I ordered two as a birthday gift for 8 year old twins. The pink arrived as expected and at first glance it appears to include everything that is described in the listing. The blue one is missing all three film boxes. Revain's customer service is amazing; However, it came "just in time", ie the replacement film will not be delivered before her actual birthday, so a disappointment. However, had the film originally been included I would have been quite happy with this set. The bag seems to be of good quality and I know that all the little extras will make the girls creative and happy.
