That I am able to see what my website visitors are doing! This has been one of my favorite features over time because it allows me as a manager or leader (or even just owner) for our brand new site to know exactly how people interact with us when they visit our store online. The product was very easy to use once we were set up correctly - no issues at all after several hours/days working through tutorials etc. Nothing - this solves any problems you may have had previously regarding not being aware if customers actually visited your store's pages.
