I have been a photographer for 9 years and have gray cards, datacolor passport, exhibition discs etc found that using my eye was the best way to get the most consistent skin tones. Although it was difficult in natural light! Especially when it's too bright. With the gray card side this tool has perfect skin tones when used to set a custom white balance with my Nikon d850. Not sure if it's a combination or just the right shade of gray (yes the tone is different from my other gray card). In any case, the last 4-5 sessions have had perfect skin tones that match across the spectrum with just exposure adjustments (I like it a little brighter).
