I like that we have instant access not only to our schedule but also how many tasks are left to complete our current week (which helps us manage time better). Sometimes it can be buggy but they usually get back to you right away and make sure everything's ok! We're able to see which day someone will come into work, at what times. It has helped cut down on phone calls from clients about where they should go if something needs fixing or when their vehicle gets serviced. I like that I can set reminders easily and it reminds me when my drivers are running late which helps me schedule my day easier. It does not seem to have all of the features I would want on a scheduling software however I think it gets the basics done well enough for us. I also really like that you can see the route map and where each driver is on the map as well as their last stop or pickup.
