I'm not a MUA but I'm a makeup lover. I bought this with the intention of using it to do fake freckles as a no makeup summer makeup look. I couldn't be happier. They look realistic and can be glued quickly and easily. I had never seen or felt one of these sponges and was afraid it would be hard or rough on my skin. It's not like that at all. You get 3 square blocks and they are a good size as I have long fingers and they are very comfortable to use. I haven't had them long enough to know anything about durability, but I think I'll get enough use for the price. Will definitely be repurchasing as needed while I'm freckled! This photo is untouched and unfiltered from my first swoop to test the sponge. TIP: Use very little product. Gently press the sponge into the product for about the length of your fingertips and apply to the desired area of skin in selective movements. Continue applying until all of the product is gone from the sponge. Start in the nose area and work outwards. Use a sponge such as B. a beauty blender to caress the fake freckles. This "pushes" them into the skin so they look like they're sticking out from under the skin and secures them. When I'm done, I apply a light finishing powder.
