Mehron Makeup Stipple Sponges 3 Pack Review

Excellent. I use them to (dry) clean my eyeshadow brushes between color changes. Much cheaper than the dedicated product on the market and works just as well. Fits perfectly in a used Altoid can (all three in a row). Highly recommended.

I use them to clean my brushes between eyeshadows. A few moves and you can easily switch from black to white! Works amazing for that. I have a nice plastic flower matchbox, I took two of them with me for the trip. Open the case and use it to clean the brush. You won't find anything more effective, and you won't need to take as many brushes with you on your travels!

I bought these for a cosplay that required freckles! I cut one of these into a round shape with scissors and applied it on top for the perfect freckle effect!

I'm a special effects makeup artist and I've never touched embossing sponges. Tragic I know. I ordered these to help me create my Halloween costume. Now I'm a lifelong prisoner to polka dot lips. They're amazing and offer just the right amount of coverage for textured looks. My only downside (but not enough to deduct a star) is that they still seem expensive. I find it should be less than a dollar a piece. Overall still happy with my purchase.

I'm not a MUA but I'm a makeup lover. I bought this with the intention of using it to do fake freckles as a no makeup summer makeup look. I couldn't be happier. They look realistic and can be glued quickly and easily. I had never seen or felt one of these sponges and was afraid it would be hard or rough on my skin. It's not like that at all. Ordered these for fake beards and used for fast shipping. Although I've never used a sponge before, it was easy to use with cream makeup, just apply and pull down a bit to give the impression of hair. It was difficult to create sharp edges or mustaches with the corner of a sponge, but we have eyebrow pencils for that

They are super cool, I use them every day and I LOVE THEM! I use them when changing colors during makeup, which everyone knows is a huge pain. I got the advice from Wayne Goss on Youtube that dotting sponges remove color. It even works with black eyeshadow, which as all makeup lovers know is an amazing feat! Used these as a duplicate of the Vera Mona Color Switcher and let me tell you it does exactly the same thing as the color changer for a fraction of the cost. This is amazing, takes the shadow off my brushes very quickly and allows me to use different colors with one brush. I didn't buy this for SFX makeup just to get paint off my brushes and it works really well. Wash your sponge and it will be like new. You will receive 3 packs with 3 small sponges.
