Review on πŸ›€ 34 fl oz Dr Teal’s Foaming Bath with Pure Epsom Salt, Lavender Soothe & Sleep – Enhanced for Optimum Relaxation by Paul Stevens

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Ignore the instructions - the foam itself does not bubble up under the tap

When I first tried it (it was also my first time using a bubble bath) I was very disappointed because there were almost no bubbles and I followed the directions exactly which only ran a cap or two directly under the warm/hot faucet. The smell of lavender was pleasant to me and not overpowering, but I still complained about the lack of bubbles and almost threw the bottle away. A few weeks later, I came across a YouTube video of a man using a portable electric blender, whipping it up in a bubble bath, and BUFF, bubbles came out immediately. Since there are obvious dangers in using electronics near water, I came up with the idea of simply waving my hands and stirring quickly, like whipping near running water. As silly and silly as it may seem, IT WORKS by creating REAL bubbles to fill the tub. About 5-7 minutes of continuous hand whipping (at about 1-2 caps per minute) is enough to get a good inch of bubbles to cover a standard economy tub. After 2-3 baths this way I still have about 60% of the bottle left. I can't tell how long this bottle will last if you're trying to fill a huge fancy hot tub or hot tub. to get real bubbles without fancy tools, and that bottle doesn't go to waste after all!
