Overall great chair for the price. We enjoy them. We've tried a few in this price range and settled on this one. We are months old now and we still love her. Update 12/18/2017: We have been using these chairs daily for several months. There are four of them in our small office. These chairs are damn cool. We paid about $250 each which is why I gave them 4 stars. The price combined with the material and the lack of lumbar support make it a 4 star device. But I just ordered another one for $200 and am trying to push into 5 star territory. Pros: - Very comfortable - Can sit all day and doesn't feel any pain - Light enough to move around easily - Mesh keeps you cool, doesn't sweat on hot days etc. - They look very nice and professional - The back support feels very strong and doesn't look like you'll break metal - No deformation despite months of use - Armrests are solid, vertical and don't wobble Cons: - Mesh gets dirty. Eat a bagel and the crumbs get stuck in the mesh of the chairs. It could probably be vacuumed, but unlike a solid piece of cloth or material, things get caught in the stitches. - No lumbar support or adjustments - Price still a bit high for me. Tip: Buy a chair. <$250 is one of the best on the market. You'll love that unlike leather or other crappy materials, this chair shows no major signs of wear in its first year. I suspect these chairs will last a lot longer than most competitors in this price range. To update! 12/2018 Still use this chair every day. Still works like a charm. The levers flex a bit, but it's hard to complain about 2+ years of use.
