This is a first review as I only received my chair yesterday. However, so far I am very satisfied. The chair was sent in a very sturdy box and arrived in perfect condition with all the necessary parts and accessories. The assembly instructions for the chair were very easy to read and understand. I'm 6'2", 220#, 34" inseam and at the maximum height of the chair from the floor my feet barely touch it. Keep in mind that the high back doesn't reach your neck/head - it's about level with my shoulders. The lumbar design is well made and comfortable. It's safe to say this chair could be the best in its price range. At least in my experience.
