Nice watch - some issues

PRO or GOOD FEATURES I'm attaching an unboxing video if you want to check it out. I like the look of the watch which is about the same size and shape as the very expensive popular smartwatches that many people have. VIRMEE's price is great; The appearance is smooth and has a good weight. The USB charging cable is equipped with a magnet that attaches to the back of the watch with two small pins to ensure good contact. On the downside, the charging cable is only 14 inches long and can easily detach if you're not careful. An AC charging adapter isn't included, but almost any brand that makes regular 5V should work or connect to your PC. I downloaded the VIRMEE app available in Store A. The application has beautiful graphics that are easy to understand if only they are correctly synchronized. Here are some of the watch features I like: (1) Multicolored watch faces, many of which can change color with a simple tap or swipe. (2) The navigation menu can be displayed as lists or icons, both are good. (3) There are 16 individual sports tracking programs on the watch, such as hiking, swimming, running, soccer, basketball, squats, brisk walking, cycling, tennis, badminton, skipping, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, dancing and yoga. You select it and press "Start" to begin, and it will track distance, heart rate, and calories burned. (4) You can connect up to 12 message notification apps to your watch from your smartphone. When combining SMS and e-mail, the watch receives them very well with a sound signal and vibration. The screen also displays most emails with a slight scrolling. This is an improvement over my current watch, which also vibrates and beeps. (5) There are many standard functions such as alarm clock, calendar, event reminder, etc. (6) There are other functions such as local weather, cool compass, stress indicator, Sp02 oxygen sensor, 02 oxygen sensor and breathing training. I've tried them all but can't say how accurate they are. WATCH CONS - PROBLEMS The manual is very small, 2.5 x 4.00 inches (see video), and the font is tiny, only 19 small pages in English with very little information. . You have to figure out a lot through guesswork, trial and error. The guide is available in the phone app but does not contain any additional information other than the printed format. Most watch face options include three icons showing steps taken, calories burned, and heart rate. My biggest complaint is that the heart rate is always blank no matter which face you choose. He doesn't show up. The reason I originally bought other smartwatches was to see my heart rate. I had a problem with a slow heart rate that intermittent and ended up with a pacemaker. I always check my heart rate so this feature is a must have. On VIRMEE it doesn't show up and doesn't work on the watch face. Maybe I have a defective device. In the very first photo I posted you should see 1859 steps but no heart rate. To see your actual heart rate, you have to scroll three screens down to the heart rate monitor page and then wait about 10 seconds for the heart rate to appear and then the screen goes blank. You cannot keep real-time heart rate. If you open the VIRMEE app and look at the heart rate zone, you will only see the average heart rate based on the last sync. The My Current Watch app shows your real-time heart rate and you can watch it change up and down while you relax or practice breathing. The app also doesn't sync automatically and it may take a few swipes down for the phone app to get information from the watch. I also had the watch and app disconnected 3 times (in two days) and had to unpair and re-pair the watch. One of the other big issues is the turn-by-turn tracker. This is incorrect. I've been walking around all day and been half busy and VIRMEE only shows 1859 steps. My other tracker shows 4042. That's a big difference. I've spent too much time setting up the watch and solving various issues. I feel like it has some positives and looks great, but I can't recommend it until these and other issues are addressed and fixed.
