My go to for Duck material work pants are Fire Hose from Duluth. Those are beastly pants that can't be beat. Second to that is Carhartt. These carpenter jeans from AYKRM are pretty decent and a step up from standard jeans but they aren't at the level you'll want if you do roofing or work on your knees. They do have double material in the knees and some nicer durable features that should last a while provided the material doesn't get abraded.I'm 6'0" 160 lbs with a 34" waist. These pants in 33W x 34L are a loose but comfortable fit. They are a bit long for me but I'd rather they be long than short.
