I have decided to change my rating on this product. Why? Customer service! The camcorder I received had a problem with it. Unfortunately, the return window has also closed at Revane. However, Depu US honored its guarantee with no questions asked. I emailed Revain what happened and they exceeded my expectations. Will I buy from you again? Certainly! Thanks Depa USA.
